I’ve always liked the unpredictable and abstract when it comes to pictures and photos so I made a pinhole lens cap for my Canon EOS 350D and the results are great. You have to use a long shutter speed of course usually between (2s and 10s depending on available light). The images have a eerie dreamlike quality to them and you can never really tell how they will turn out.
New painting
2 entries onto my blog in one day!… I’m going to have to go and lie down.
I’m not very good with a camera so I struggled to snap this but to give you an idea I did one with a flash so you can kind of see how much of a sheen the PVA/acrylic mix gives it.

Odds and ends
Some paintings that I found when I was clearing out my spare room that I did a while back. In fact I actually liked the paper I was leaning on more than some of the paintings, so I’ve photographed those as well! ![]()

Kandinsky
I was aware of his work before but since going to NYC and seeing his stuff at the Guggenheim I’ve been discovering some amazing stuff.
I am excited that the poster that I bought will be framed and ready to pick up on Tuesday.
Guess which one I’ve got framed?
Go Ape!
Olly, Anna and myself went to Sherwood Pines today and had great fun!

And finally some film footage!
Ouch.
It took 3 hours to get round all of the course….so I feel I might be sore tomorrow!
